Scenario:

1. Some student have a large number of terms on their transcript, can I print their transcript on two pages?

Solution:

In Gradelink, the transcript is designed to be printed on a single page, regardless of the number of terms that a student has grades in.

If you are finding that some of your transcripts are partially "bleeding" onto a second page, the easiest way to fix this issue is to adjust the Column Break setting in the transcript profile.

  1. Go to the Transcripts tab
  2. Click on Transcript Options
  3. Click on Manage Report Profiles

On the Profile Settings page, scroll to the bottom of the list of settings and make sure that the Column Break value matches recommended value for the type of paper you are printing on.

Letter-sized paper (8.5" x 11") should have a Column Break of 70, while Legal-sized paper (8.5" x 14") should have a Column Break of 95.
