Import Plans tell Gradelink where to store the data that was recorded in a student's application. Applications require an Import Plan before they can be imported into Gradelink.

Creating an Import Plan is simple:

1. Select an application in Workflow with the "Approved" status. Import Plans can ONLY be created for "Approved" applications.

2. Click on the Import sub-tab.

3. Click Create Import.

The Import Plan will appear below. 

It is important to note that not all fields filled out in an application will necessarily appear in Gradelink. To see information that won't be imported, click on the "Exclusions" button.

Note: Excluded information is NOT deleted or erased; it will still appear in individual student contracts and in the "Export All EnrollMe Data to Excel" report.
