Administrators have access to several settings that alter the behavior and appearance of Term Comments for Teachers.

All Student Grades

When this setting is active, Teachers will be able to see the grades their students are receiving in other classes they are enrolled in. This setting helps give teachers context in order to better understand how their students have progressed throughout the year.

Limit the size of Term Comments...

This setting controls how many characters long (or how many lines long) Term Comments can be. This setting is helpful if you want to include Term Comments on your Report Cards, because it helps ensure your Term Comments will fit in the available space on the Report Card.

To activate these settings:

1. Go to the Settings tab.

2. Select the Teacher sub-tab.

3. Hit Save Changes when you're done.
