Transcripts (also known as the Cumulative or Permanent Record) are a record of a student’s academic history, including what classes they have taken, what grades they have received, and the number units or credits that they have earned. Transcripts can also display graduation requirements, tests or awards, and classes taken at a different school for which units or credits were still earned.

Gradelink automatically updates student transcript records whenever a class is Concluded or Un-Concluded. This means that Administrators are not required to calculate and enter grades for each student. Additionally, Administrators have the ability to manually edit student records or even add new ones as necessary.
