When Administrators create a Class, they can decide how many Units / Credits that Class will be worth upon successful completion.


However, manually adding Units / Credits for every class in a term can be a time-consuming process, especially is many classes share the same Unit / Credit count. That's why Gradelink lets Administrators set default Class Units / Credits in the Settings tab.


To update the default Units / Credits value:

  1. Go to the Settings tab
  2. Click the General sub tab
  3. Enter a number in the Default Class Units/Credits field
  4. Click Save Changes
