Scenario:

1. There are classes that are duplicated on the report card, how do I fix this?

Solution:

Since report cards reflect the classes a student is taking, if you see duplicate, incorrect or missing classes for a particular student, it is because the student has been incorrectly populated into classes. Fixing the issues is pretty easy. Once you know which classes the students is populated into, you can use the Populate Classes tab to add or remove a student from a class. To see the classes a student is populated into for the current term:

1. Click the Students tab and select the student.

2. On the right side you can see the classes in which he/she is currently populated.

– or-

1. Click the Admin Reports Tab and choose the Student Schedule report.

2. Select the student to see the classes he/she is taking.

3. Note, only Standard Class Types show by default. Click “Show All Classes” to view all Class Types a student is populated into.

To see the classes a student is populated into for a prior term:

1. Click the Terms tab and select the prior term.

2. Check mark the term “Active” by checking the “Active” check box.

Then …

1. Click the Students tab and select the student.

2. On the right side you can see the classes he/she is currently populated into for both terms.
