The user-definable tags, follow-up actions, and closing disposition notes can all be edited under the Students –> Admin –> Coding. From here you can add custom options that your staff can select when using the workflow section.
Click on the Data Entry Select List to be edited. The current list appears in the center column. To add an item to the list, click on the Add button at the bottom of the center column. Enter the name of the item in the Code field at the upper right. Click on the Save button at the lower right to save the item.
To add another item to the list, be sure to click on the Add button.
