Include Specialty Classes on Schedule
Modified on: Thu, Apr 14, 2016 at 2:42 PM
In addition to Standard academic type classes (Reading, Math, English), the Student Schedule report can display every class a student is populated into. This includes Attendance classes, Sport classes, and assessment-based (custom) classes like Behavior or Work Habits. This can be helpful for identifying whether a student is properly enrolled in all needed classes, or in conflicting or duplicate classes, etc.
To show this, check the box at the top called “Include All Classes”
Include Study Hall
For schools that have hidden classes (which display only to school staff), these classes can still be displayed on the Student Schedule by including the words “Study Hall” (case-insensitive) in the Class Title. Such classes will still be hidden on the progress reports, report cards and transcripts.
(Don’t see the “Hidden” checkbox on Classes? If you need it, contact Gradelink support to have us enable it for your school).
