Create Report Profile



A report profile is a sub-template and you will always have at least one report profile.  Report profiles are used to save report card settings for different groups within your school.   Each profile would save settings for things like font size, whether to show a year average grade, GPA, percentage grade, numbered comments and more. You don’t need a report profile for each grade level. For example, you could create report profiles for “Kindergarten”, “Primary”, “Elementary”, “Middle School” and “High School”. To create a new profile:

  1. Click Administrator Reports then click Report Card
  2. Click the Edit button
  3. Enter a new name and click Add or select an existing profile and click Duplicate
