Scenario:

1. Is there a way to remove the text "In-Progress" on the transcript without removing grades?


Solution:

By default, transcripts do not show grades for terms that are still "in progress". While administrators have the ability to override this restriction, such terms are marked with the label **In Progress on the transcript.


Some schools prefer to hide this label, and doing so is easy:

  1. Go to the Transcripts tab
  2. Click on Transcript Options at the top of the page
  3. Click on Manage Report Profiles



On the Profile Settings page, select a transcript profile from the list on the right. Then, click on the Edit button next to the field labeled Hide "**In Progress" Text and change "no" to "yes". Click Save next to the Edit button and then click Submit Changes.
