1. The current profile is not working for us, how do we add a new one?

2. We need to change the template of our report card, how do we do this?


Solution:

You will need to contact Gradelink for this change. Keep in mind that these updates take a while and cannot be done the same day your report cards need to be finished. Adding a new template also does not mean adding new classes. Those will need to be added by the school.
