To reset a staff password:
- Go to the "Staff" tab
- Select the staff member
- Highlight their password in the top right and type a new password
- Click on the screen to save
- Tell the staff member their new password and instruct them to change it when they log in
Note: If the staff member tried to log in unsuccessfully multiple times, you may need to also unlock their account.
