How do I run a student roster report?


Solution:


You can run a student roster report from "Students" tab, "Administrator Reports", or "Teacher Reports".


Students Tab:



  1. Click the Students tab and select a student.
  2. Click on the View/ Export sub tab.
  3. Click on the Roster tab.
  4. Type in the student's name to export his or her information.
  5. Click on the Excel icon to export the information. 


Administrator Reports:




    1. Click the Administrator Reports tab, then navigate to the Student Roster button.

    2. Select Group By Student or Class. Group by Student will sort the report by student's last name.  Group by Class will sort the report by Teacher's last name.

    3. Select run by Class or run by Gradelevel.

    4. Check any additional items that you would like to display on your Roster Report.

    5. Click Submit.


Teacher Reports:


    1. Click the Teacher Reports tab, then navigate to the Student Roster Report button.

    2. Select Group By Student or Class. Group by Student will sort the report by student's last name.  Group by Class will sort the report by Teacher's last name.

    3. Select run by Class or run by Gradelevel.

    4. Check any additional items that you would like to display on your Roster Report.

    5. Click Submit.
