# Report Option Description
Teacher Name:  If the setting, “Show Teacher Name” is on, this settings allows you to override the default method of attaining the teacher’s name. Enter a name you want to appear as the “teacher’s name” and it will appear without regard to who the teacher actually is or how a teacher’s name is spelled on the Staff tab.  By default, “Show Teacher Name” shows one teacher using the formula of either, “Staff Salutation + Last name” or “First name + Last name”. This setting can be used to include the teacher’s full name, “Salutation + First name + Last name” and/or include multiple teacher names.

Bullet – Top Margin:

Show Teacher Name:  Displays the teacher name once at the top. the “teacher” of the student is determined by either the primary teacher of the Daily Attendance class (requires the option, “Use Attendance Class to get Teacher Name” to be checked). If, “Use Attendance Class to get Teacher Name” is off, then the teacher is determined by the teacher who is the primary teacher for the most subjects for the given student.
Turn Off Preview Mode Warning Graphic:  Removes “Preview Only” watermark warning on report cards which are printed with Preview Mode enabled.
Show Teacher Name Next To Each Subject:  Shows the teacher’s name next to the subject they teach. This option only shows the “Primary” teacher’s name – secondary teacher names are not displayed.
Show Both Letter Grade and Percentage Grade:  Displays the percentage grade as well as the equivalent letter grade, as configured in the settings tab under “Manage Grade Scales”. The percentage grade will only appear next to subjects if “Show Percentage Grade” is checked for the individual grade scale under “Manage Grade Scales”.

Allow Different Class Unit Values Between Terms:  Uses the most recent class unit value to determine weight for the GPA. We recommend contacting Gradelink support if you would like to activate this setting.
TD line-height (number only, e.g. 1.1) :  Increasing this value will add more vertical space (expand) and decreasing this value will tighten the vertical space (contract). Use this setting if your report card flows onto too many pages (where you would need to decrease the value) or your report card takes up a small portion of the page (where you would increase the value).
Year Avg. title:  Customize column header for the year average column.
Grade Image Height  If check marks are used as grades, this height defines the height of the checkmark graphic on both Standard, subgrades and Custom Class Types.
PDF Engine(ex.IE, Mozilla, blank is default):  blank is default.  This will determine which PDF engine to use.  The default is currently IE 9 on the server which best supports Quirks mode and is purposely not being updated any time soon.  So if you decide to Render a Webpage in Standards Mode it is best to use Mozilla engine since that is the most up to date browser and have better html5 standards support.  This setting has been added to all report cards, only the “Multi-Term Two Column Report Card” is set to use the Mozilla engine by default.
AssignmentType Subgrades Format(percentage, letter, both):  If the setting to show Assignment Types as Subgrades is enabled via the Classes tab, then you can use this setting to choose if the grade (or mark) for each subgrade is displayed as a percentage letter (or symbol such as 4,3,2,1) or both.
