What is the "Standards Met - All Classes" Report?

The "Standards Met - All Classes" report allows Teachers to easily view the following information about their own classes:

  • Total Standards

  • Total Standards attempted

  • Total Standards met

The report is located in “Reports” tab under the “Class” section, although it will only appear if Teachers first select a class that has Standards assigned to it using the Class Menu at the top of the page:

How do I generate a "Standards Met - All Classes" Report?

To run the report, Teachers select one or more Terms from the drop-down menu on the left. Then press the Submit button:

Once the report finishes processing it will display a list of each Class taught by the Teacher in the selected term(s), as well as a graph showing the amount of Standards Met and Attempted.

Classes that share the same Class Title are grouped together automatically. When Classes in different terms share the same Class Title, their respective Terms will appear as well. Additionally, when Teachers click on a Class they'll be able to see a Standards Met Report for all of the Standards assigned to that Class.

The PDF printer within Gradelink is not supported on this report as it is an interactive report. This means that once the report is loaded, you can change what it looks like by expanding or collapsing various elements of the report.  Thus, only printing straight from the browser is supported, which captures the current view at that moment.  Most browsers now have built-in PDF printing if a school needs a pdf file.  Also, when printing this report, it is recommended that you check the option to “print background colors” when printing.
