Possible Scenario:

1. A School would like to cease using paper report cards

2. A School would like to publish its report cards online

Solution:

Gradelink allows schools to publish report cards online and give both parent and student accounts access to them.

First, go to the Settings tab, select the Parent/Student sub-tab, and check the box labeled "Published Report Cards". This allows parent and student accounts to access report cards that have been published online.

Next, follow the process for generating a report card like normal and after you hit Submit, look for the "Publish Online" button at the top of the page. It should be next to the "Refresh" button. When you hit Publish Online, report cards will immediately become available to parents and students, so make sure everything looks correct before doing so.

If you'd like to un-publish report cards that you've made available online, you can do so by clicking on View Published Report Cards, which appears on the report card generation page.

On the next page, you'll be able to see all report cards that have been published online, when they were published, and remove them if necessary.
