1 Report Title: A customizable title for the report.
2 Force Semester Grade: This will force the semester grade to display even if all the sub-terms are not graded.
3 Show Class Attendance: Shows Class Attendance if class attendance is setup
4 Show Class Credits: Displays the available credits per term for each subject
5 Show Class effort:  If Effort is enabled, this shows the effort mark for each class
6 Show Grade Placement: Displays an area on the report card for writing in student grade level for upcoming year. Optionally use the drop-down menu to specify a pre-printed grade level. For special circumstances (e.g. students repeating a grade), select these students individually and run with pertinent grade level selected.
7 Show Grade Scale Legend: Displays the grade scale legend for the standard type classes. Percentages will not appear if “Show Percentage Grade” is unchecked for the individual grade scale under Manage Grade Scales.
8 Show Numbered Comments: If enabled, this will show numbered comments for each class and the numbered comments legend.
9 Show Percentage Grade:  Shows a percentage grade in addition to the letter grade for all subject. If the grade scale used by a subject does not have “Show Percentage Grade” checked, then the percentage grade will not appear for that subject even if this option is checked.
10 Show School Attendance: Shows Daily Attendance if Daily Attendance is setup
11 Show School Name/Address: The header of the report will include the school’s name and contact information saved in the School Profile.
12 Show Subject Teacher Name: Displays teacher name next to each subject.
13 Show Teacher Name: Displays the teacher name once at the top. the “teacher” of the student is determined by either the primary teacher of the Daily Attendance class (requires the option, “Use Attendance Class to get Teacher Name” to be checked). If, “Use Attendance Class to get Teacher Name” is off, then the teacher is determined by the teacher who is the primary teacher for the most subjects for the given student.
14 Show Term Comments: If Term Comments are enabled, this will display them
15 Show Term GPA: Shows a students GPA per term plus a year average GPA if “Show Year Average Grade” is enabled.
16 Show Worship Attendance: Shows Worship attendance if worship attendance is setup
17 Show Year Average Grade: Shows the average grade for the selected terms. Only displays for concluded terms.

19 Teacher Name: If the setting, “Show Teacher Name” is on, this settings allows you to override the default method of attaining the teacher’s name. Enter a name you want to appear as the “teacher’s name” and it will appear without regard to who the teacher actually is or how a teacher’s name is spelled on the Staff tab.  By default, “Show Teacher Name” shows one teacher using the formula of either, “Staff Salutation + Last name” or “First name + Last name”. This setting can be used to include the teacher’s full name, “Salutation + First name + Last name” and/or include multiple teacher names.
20 Show Attendance Percentages: Calculates the percentage of days the student was absent or tardy, then places the percentage in the same grading period.
21 Worship Attendance – Church Title Title displayed for Worship attendance value with default of “Church”
22 Worship Attendance – Bible Class Title: Title displayed for Worship attendance value with default of “Bible Class”
23 Show Grade Scale for Custom Classes:  Shows a grade scale legend for Custom Class Types as defined on the Classes tab under “Manage Custom Class Types and Sub-grades”.
24 Show principal signature:  Shows a signature line for the principal
25 Show teacher signature Shows a teacher’s line for the Parent.

29 School Attendance Title This option allows you to rename the column heading for “School Attendance”. This option requires “Daily Attendance” to be setup and the report card option, “Show School Attendance” to be checked.
30 Show Teacher Name on Term Comments Displays the teachers name next to the term comments.
31 Grade Heading Title This option allows you to customize the “grade” or mark column heading for Standard Class Types.
32 Grade Heading Abbreviation If “Show Grade Scale Legend” is enabled for Standard Class Types, the legend will include an abbreviation for the grade (or mark) a student receives. The word for “grade” or mark can be abbreviated using custom text.  This option, overrides the default grade title abbreviation.
33 Page Height (Letter:1005px Legal:1295px) Customize the report card page height, based on your paper size and margins.
34 Align Class Titles to the Left  Aligns class titles to the left instead of the default of right.
35 Show Semester Grade as a Letter Grade Translates the percentage grade (as defined in the Settings tab under “Manage Grade Scales”) and places the corresponding letter grade in the semester grade location.
36 Turn Off Preview Mode Warning Graphic Removes “Preview Only” watermark warning on report cards which are printed with Preview Mode enabled.
37 Show Both Letter Grade and Percentage Grade: Displays the percentage grade as well as the equivalent letter grade, as configured in the settings tab under “Manage Grade Scales”. The percentage grade will only appear next to subjects if “Show Percentage Grade” is checked for the individual grade scale under “Manage Grade Scales”.
38 Display GradeLevel as Overrides the students grade level as determined by Gradelink. You can use this option to write custom grade levels.
39 Use Attendance Class to get Teacher Name Displays overall teacher name based on teacher assigned to student’s Attendance class.
40 Show Class Category Legend:  If Effort is enabled, this shows the effort legend
41 Allow Different Class Unit Values Between Terms Uses the most recent class unit value to determine weight for the GPA. We recommend contacting Gradelink support if you would like to activate this setting.
42 TD line-height (number only, e.g. 1.1) Increasing this value will add more vertical space (expand) and decreasing this value will tighten the vertical space (contract). Use this setting if your report card flows onto too many pages (where you would need to decrease the value) or your report card takes up a small portion of the page (where you would increase the value).
43 Enable bilingual Spanish Support: This setting adds Bilingual Class Titles to the report card as defined on the Classes tab. Bilingual support must be provided to the school for this feature to work.
44 Enable Large Single Term Comment Box Displays term comments for the most recent term. Helpful for verbose commenting which exceeds the space provided by the standard comment box.
45 Sub-grade Mark alignment (left,right,center)  Aligns the text of the classes to the left or right or center (default is right).
46 Grade Image Height: If check marks are used as grades, this height defines the height of the checkmark graphic on both Standard, subgrades and Custom Class Types.
47 Show Term Percentage Average: Displays grade for each term as a percentage.
48 Insert Page-Break on Standard Class Title:  Allows you to insert a page break on a certain standard class name.  Previously on the Multi-Term report card you could only insert page-breaks on different class types for example after Standards Classes, after Attendance, after Term Comments, etc.
49 Sub-grade title font size Adjusts the sub-grade title font size.
50 Adjust #Comments width (blank is default)  Adjust the width (in pixels) of numbered comments. Blank is the default.
51 Render Webpage in Standards Mode   If this is set to “yes” it will include the html5 doctype in the page.  This setting is only on the Multi-Term report card at this time.
52 PDF Engine(ex.IE, Mozilla, blank is default)  blank is default.  This will determine which PDF engine to use.  The default is currently IE 9 on the server which best supports Quirks mode and is purposely not being updated any time soon.  So if you decide to Render a Webpage in Standards Mode it is best to use Mozilla engine since that is the most up to date browser and have better html5 standards support.  This setting has been added to all report cards, only the “Multi-Term Two Column Report Card” is set to use the Mozilla engine by default.
53 Custom Class Grade Column Width Adjusts the width (in pixels) of the grade column for Custom Class Types.
54 Show Overall Grade  If enabled, the overall grade of a Standard Class Type will be displayed. If disabled, the overall grade will be hidden and only the Subgrades, if enabled, will show grades.
55 Custom HTML Section Above Standard Class Title  An area for custom HTML to be added which is above the Standard Class Titles.
56 Standard Classes Subject Heading Text  Adjust the heading for Standard Class Types. The default heading is “Subjects”.
57 Standard Class Grade Column Width (blank is default) Adjust the width (in pixels) of the grade column for Standard Class Types.
61 Hide Grade Level:  Hides the grade level of the student.
58 AssignmentType Subgrades Format(percentage, letter, both)  If the setting to show Assignment Types as Subgrades is enabled via the Classes tab, then you can use this setting to choose if the grade (or mark) for each subgrade is displayed as a percentage letter (or symbol such as 4,3,2,1) or both.
59 Turn off Black Backgrounds  This setting turns the black backgrounds of the class titles to white, and the text to black. This is a great setting to utilize when trying to save on printer ink.
60 Year Avg. title  Customize column header for the year average column.

A Standard Class Types This is the type that you would normally assign to a typical class that contains assignments. The class type setting for each class is found on the Classes tab
B Custom Class Types Custom classes are non-academic classes and are typically used in Pres School or for classes such as “Behavior” or “Conduct”. You can setup your own Custom Class Types on the Classes tab
C Top Margin You can adjust the height of the header by specifying the desired height in pixels. The default height is 130px where 100px is roughly an inch.
D Teacher Text Comments Title  The default name Term Comments on the progress report is “Term Title + Comments” for example, “Trimester 1 2014-2015 Comments”. You can rename the title given to Term Comments by entering the desired title here
