Is it possible for students/parents to change or add extra information after they’ve completed the application process?
An application cannot be changed once it has been submitted. If you or a student/parent would like to change their information, you will need to change the status of the form from “Submitted” to “Started”:

  1. Select the EnrollMe tab on the left side of the page and select your desired student.

  2. Change the Form Status from its current status to “Started” under the Workflow sub-tab.
  3. Make sure the checkbox at the top of the page "This form has not been completed and submitted online, you may click here to enter it manually" is checked. 

4. Notify the parent that their form is ready to be edited. They will not be notified automatically!

Note: After the student/parent has made the necessary information change, they will need to resubmit their application. Please also keep in mind that if the form status was previously set to “Approved”, you will have to re-approve the application.
