The Uncompleted Attendance Report allows Administrators to view a list of classes for which attendance has not been completed on a particular day. The Report includes both “Daily/School Attendance” as well as “Class Attendance”.

The report can be accessed in the Classes section of the Administrator Reports tab:

To run the report:

  1. Select the Date you would like to view uncompleted attendance for. It's important to note that the report is not restricted to dates that are part of the Active Term: you can select any date from any term.
  2. Select the "Through Period Starting Time". This tells Gradelink to only display classes that take place prior to - or begin at - the specified time.

The Report will automatically appear below.


Note: Not all classes have a start time or Period associated with them. These classes will still appear on the Report but the "Start Time" field will be blank.
