If you only want to view standards information for a specific teacher, you can also narrow your selection using the filter menu directly below the term menu.
Once you're done making your selections, click the Submit button to generate the report.
Gradelink organizes standards information on the report by Teacher, then by Subject, and finally by Class.
"Subject" is an unofficial term that refers to one or more classes with the same teacher and class title within a particular term or group of terms. Gradelink groups classes into "subjects" because teachers often use the same group standards over multiple terms for a given subject. For example, when classes are setup prior to the start of an academic year, a single, comprehensive group of standards for the class “Algebra II” will be created in Gradelink. As the school year progresses, a teacher will only teach a handful of standards at a time from the "Algebra II" standards group in each term. Therefore, in order to accurately display how teachers actually use standards, the report is grouped by subject for the selected terms.
If you would like to view information about standards for a particular class, you can click on its name to view a Standards Met Report for that class.
This report breaks down every standard attempted during a particular term (a standard is considered "attempted" when it is associated with an assignment). It will also break down every student's mastery of the standard based on the number of assignments that have been graded.
The Standards By Teacher Report can't be exported as a PDF, but it can be printed directly from your browser. Most browsers include their own built-in PDF creation tool if you require a PDF version. If you are going to print through your browser, Gradelink highly recommends that you check the option "Print Background Colors” in your browser's printer settings.
