When Standards are assigned to a Class, Administrators have the ability to configure what standards information, if any, will appear on their students' report cards.



However, configuring Standards for every class in a term can be a time-consuming process. That's why Gradelink lets Administrators set default standards behavior for all classes in the Settings tab.


To get started, go to the Settings tab and click on the Standards sub-tab at the top of the page.



On the Standards sub-tab, you will see fields that directly correspond to the fields Administrators configure while adding Standards to Classes. The difference is that when you adjust the fields on the Standards sub-tab, you will be establishing defaulting settings for every class that uses Standards.



Note: Adjusting default values using the Standards sub-tab will only affect new classes. It will NOT retroactively overwrite settings you have already implemented for existing classes.
