An active staff member is currently employed by your school.  Should a staff member leave your school, Gradelink strongly recommends making the staff member inactive rather than deleting him or her..  


To change the status of a staff member, first click on the Staff button at the far left edge of the screen.  

Click on the name of a staff member, and change the Status from Active to Inactive.  Clicking anywhere on the Staff page away from the Status field will save the change. 

To view a list of inactive staff, change the status indicator above the list of staff from Active to Inactive.
