Students and parents can choose to subscribe to email alerts regarding both grades and attendance. Email alerts are automatic and require no additional effort on the part of the school. Additionally, students and parents can update and configure separate alerts from each other as well as separate email address. 


Grade alerts are sent out every hour. This means that in most cases, if a teacher makes a mistake they will have time to correct it without ever triggering an email alert. 


Attendance and conduct alerts are sent immediately.
