Solution:
1. Click on the Classes tab on the left sidebar.
2. Click the gear button next to the Grade Scale drop-down menu to access the Manage Grade Scales page.
3. Type in "Pass/ Fail" in the Grade Scale Name and click Add.
5. Enter the appropriate Grade Symbol, Grade Description, and Grade Order.
6. In the Lowest Percentage field, enter the lowest possible percentage a student must earn to pass the class.
7. Click on the Add button
