When students re-enroll at your school through EnrollMe, their account status will be set to "Reenrollment". While Students with the "Reenrollment" status can still be added to classes and receive grades as usual, only Students with the "Active" status can be promoted at the end of the school year.
In order to save you and your staff time, EnrollMe can be configured to automatically change the status of re-enrolled students to Active. To do so, complete the following steps:
1. Click the EnrollMe tab on the left sidebar.
2. Navigate to the Settings sub-tab at the top of the page.
3. Make sure your correct Enrollment Session is selected, and then check the box labeled “Promote Re-enrollments to Active Status“.
Note: You do not need to change or update the Status of New Enrollments. EnrollMe will automatically do this for you. This will also make the report: "Not Re-enrolled" unusable.
