Teachers can also conclude a student individually if the option is enabled by an Administrator (contact Gradelink support for assistance). This action will conclude a single student in a single class, without affecting any other students. A concluded grade isn’t the equivalent of a zero: the student’s final grade at the time of the conclusion will be saved to the transcript records and will subsequently display on the student’s report card. All further GradeSheet changes will not affect the student’s final grade. Concluded students will be denoted by purple text on the GradeSheet.
- As a Teacher, select your desired Class from the drop-down menu at the top of the page, and then select the GradeSheet tab on the left sidebar.
- Select the student’s Class Grade in the right-most, grayed-out column.
- Select the Conclude Student tab at the top of the page, and then click the Conclude “Student Name” button.
- You may Unconclude a student through the same means.
Note: Any subsequent changes made to Assignment or Assignment Types may alter displayed weights on reports relative to their weights at the time of the student’s conclusion.
