Scenario:
1. Can only administrators run transcripts or can limited administrators do it too?
2. How do I let limited administrators run transcripts?
3. Is there a way for limited admins to access transcripts?
Solution:
Full Administrators can grant Limited Administrators the ability to run transcripts by modifying their permissions in the Staff tab.
- Go to the Staff tab
- Select the limited administrator who you would like to grant access to transcripts
- Click on the Permissions drop-down menu
- Check the box next to Transcripts
- Close the menu to save the change
