1. Can we add our own prospects?

2. How do I add a new prospective student?

Manually adding a new prospective student is easy. To get started:

  1. Click on the Students tab in the upper left
  2. Click on the Prospects sub tab
  3. Click Add New

This will open the Workflow on the right side of the page:

The top half of the workflow is used to record follow-up actions and closing disposition, while the bottom half of the workflow stores the student's personal information. None of the fields are required to create a new prospect, so once you've recorded as much information as you like hit Save to finish the process.

Below, we've included brief descriptions of each field in the workflow for schools that would like to know more.

Tags are searchable pieces of text that can be applied to a record. Multiple tags can be added to a single record and they can be used to for any tracking purpose. For example, tags can be used to track programs of interest, IEP status, Town of residence etc.
