Ideal for a nurse practitioner to record annual exams.

Getting started is simple:

  1. From the Students tab, select the student for whom you are entering exam results. 
  2. Click on the Medical sub tab at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the Exams button.
  4. In the Type drop-down menu, select "Scoliosis Screening".
  5. Enter in the exam results. 
  6. Click Save.
  7. You will be able to Export the report to Excel file format.

You can also enter in dates for followup, family notification, doctor’s referrals, and doctor’s reports.
