To reset a Staff member's password:
- Go to the Staff tab
- Select the staff member whose password you would like to change
- Highlight their password in the top right and type a new one
- Click anywhere on the screen to save
Note: If the staff member tried to log in unsuccessfully multiple times, you may need to also unlock their account.
