Creating accounts for Substitute Teachers Print

Creating accounts for substitute teachers in Gradelink is easy. It only requires three steps:

  1. Create a staff account - Substitute Teachers can use a Teacher account just like regular staff members.
  2. Assign them as a secondary teacher - Once the account is created, assign it to the necessary classes as a Secondary Teacher.
  3. Lock/unlock the account as necessary - When the regular Teacher returns, simply lock the Substitute Teacher's account.
