The reason you do not immediately see new enrollments who have been imported into Gradelink from EnrollMe is because all new enrollments first show up under the New Enrollments list in the Students tab. They will become part of the regular list of students when you promote students up one grade level after the previous school year has been finished. This ensures that new enrollments are not moved up two grade levels.
If you have already promoted students up a grade level for the new school year and need to manually make new enrollments active:
1. Go to the Students tab.
2. Click the All Active drop-down menu at the top of the page.
3. Select New Enrollments.
4. Select a student.
5. Change their status to Active.
6. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
