Scenario:
1. Is there a way to export transcript data for more than a single term?
2. Can I generate transcript data for our entire school?
3. Does Gradelink keep a record of all transcript data ever recorded?
Solution:
Gradelink gives schools the ability to export all transcript data at once - for all students and for all terms.
To get started, go to the Transcripts tab and click the Export button that appears at the top of the page.
A message will appear indicating that the transcript data export may take several minutes, and also notes that you can leave the Transcripts tab while the data downloads in the background.
Your transcript data will be formatted as a CSV once the download is complete.
