Scenario:
1. Is there a way to hide the Reenrollment tab for certain Parents?
Solution:
Schools that use EnrollMe may sometimes want to hide the Re-Enrollment tab for some of their parents. For example, some schools may want to hide the Re-Enrollment tab for students in their final year, as they won't be enrolling for the following school year.
Gradelink gives administrators the options to either hide the Re-Enrollment tab entirely (i.e., for all parent accounts) or to only hide the tab for specific grade levels.
To get started:
- Go to the Settings tab
- Click on the Parent / Student sub tab
- Either:
- Hide the ReEnroll tab, or
- Hide the ReEnroll tab for students above a certain grade level
- Click Save Changes
