How do I get a class to not show up on the report card?
How do I keep classes from appearing on report cards?
Solution:
Gradelink has an optional setting that allows schools to hide certain classes. Hidden classes will not appear on report cards, progress reports or transcripts. They will still appear in the parent/student portal on the Schedule page.
1. Click the Classes tab.
2. Select the class you do not want to show on the report card or progress report.
3. Click on the Hidden option. If you do not see this option then send an email to service@gradelink.com to have it activated for your school.
4. Click Save.
Note: All classes can be left off of report cards and transcripts by leaving them un-concluded.
