Our school has multiple locations. Should we add another Gradelink account to manage the separate locations?
If your organization includes multiple distinct schools, you’ll typically want separate Gradelink accounts for each one and can use a district login to manage them all easily. However, if you’re a single school with multiple campuses, you might prefer to add all students under one account. The table below compares key considerations for using one or two Gradelink accounts.
If you have one account, you can use the campus field to sort students.
