WISEdata is a tool used to submit student data to schools located in Wisconsin.  To successfully submit student data to the Wisconsin DPI, ensure the following required fields are completed in each student's profile in the Students tab in Gradelink:


Student Demographics

  1. First and Last Name
  2. Grade Level
  3. Date of Birth
  4. Gender
  5. Race
  6. Parent Name, Phone, Email address

Student Address

  1. Description
  2. Street, City, State, Zip Code

Student Documents

  1. WISEid in the "Test Service" field
  2. Choice: Select "Yes" or "No" from the drop down menu
  3. Corporation Number: 1234
  4. Primary Language - select from drop down menu
  5. Language Proficiency - select from drop down menu


Student Programs


  1. Click on the Add New button
  2. Enter a School Food Services Program for each student.  (There are six options for Food Service Program in the drop down menu.)
  3. Enter 1st day of school as the Begin Date
